Malcolmson, David, 67, of Largo, Florida. Born in Wilmington, Delaware. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Malcolmson, of Miami Beach, Florida.
Dave brought passion and enthusiasm to everything he did. Many of you know Dave from working with him successfully for more than 25 years in the construction industry. In addition to construction and development, Dave also shared a passion for NASCAR racing and cars in general.

Dave led a life with many successes, and his presence will surely be missed. His vision of building a deeply experienced and lasting core of professionals will now carry on the traditions he founded and was so proud of.
